Am I the only one that thinks this summer is going by way to fast???? MAN!! We have had something going on every weekend and that is how it will continue until September. Which I am ok with. We only have a few nice months out of the year to enjoy, so I say, take advantage of it. The past few weeks have been so much fun. Hayden and I went to the zoo in Fargo with Jason's cousins wives and their kids (we call ourselves the Cousin's Wives Club) We have a lot in common and have such a good time together. Our kids are also around the same age. John even got to come along.
The last weekend in June we celebrated the Dyste Store 125th anniversary. 125 years ago my family opened up Dyste's store in Forman and it has been passed down from generation to generation since. It is definitely something to be proud of. My uncle Jiggs (current store owner) had a big celebration for his customers and we also had a family reunion. My mom's entire family was home along with some distance relatives. We had a lot of fun.
And then the following weekend was the 4th. We went out to G&G Bishoff's lake for a long weekend and had GREAT weather! It was an awesome weekend of playing outside.
This weekend we are staying home....well, some of us and for some of it. Jason is golfing all weekend in the GOLF (Grand Rapids, Oakes, Lisbon Forman) tourney and then tomorrow night we leave for Aberdeen with G&G Enger to camp at Wiley park. On Tuesday we head out to the lake for the rest of the weekend. The weather looks like it is going to be a great week to be on vacation. Enjoy the weather everyone!!
